Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Orga collects when you use orga-eg.pages.dev, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, area, delivery address, any delivery notes, and what you ordered.
• When you message us: messages sent with the WhatsApp buttons go through WhatsApp and are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• In your browser: your cart, language and cookie choice are saved on your own device so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.
• Visitor statistics, only if you accept: Google Analytics records pages viewed, products added to the cart, and general information such as device type and city. It does not receive your name, phone number or address.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order and call you to confirm it.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To keep the records we need for accounting and the law.
• To understand which products interest visitors, if you accept statistics cookies.

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• The Orga team who prepare and deliver orders.
• Our delivery courier, who receives only your name, phone number and address.
• Service providers that store data for us: Google (order records in Google Sheets, and Google Analytics) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Their servers may be outside Egypt.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, and accounting and legal records, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our contact section.
• You can accept or refuse statistics cookies at any time using Cookie settings.

Children

Our products are for babies, but this website is for parents and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Returns policy

Because our products are personal-care products for babies, we can't take back items you've changed your mind about. We will always fix a mistake that's ours.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

• Check your order when it arrives. If the package is visibly damaged, you can refuse it at the door and you won't pay.
• If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging.
• We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including the delivery fee, whichever you prefer. You don't pay to send it back.
• Refunds are paid in cash on collection or by mobile wallet or InstaPay, within 7 days of us confirming the return.

What we can't take back

• Products returned because you changed your mind.
• Opened or used products, unless they were faulty.

If a product doesn't suit your baby

Stop using it and message us. If redness or irritation lasts more than a few days, please see your pediatrician.

Who we are

Orga sells baby skincare products from Alexandria, Egypt, through this website and WhatsApp.

Products

• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pictures may differ slightly from the real packaging.
• Our products are for external use on the skin. Product information on this site is not medical advice. If your baby was born early or has a skin condition, ask your pediatrician before use.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The delivery fee, if any, is shown in your cart before you order.
• Payment is cash on delivery.

Orders

• After you place an order, we call you to confirm it. Your order is accepted once we confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the details are incomplete, or we can't reach you. You won't be charged for a cancelled order.

Delivery

• We currently deliver within Alexandria. Delivery times are estimates.
• If we can't deliver after two attempts, we may cancel the order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
